PWMs not grounding to enable fan

Ive tried 2 of my PWMs and have got it wired up so that ive got a constant 12v going to one side of the coil on the relay and the pwn wired into the other... is there some kinda test to ensure that they arnt fried?? My fan is def working and ive currently got it rewired to work using the factory fan switch on the thermostat housing ( except ive got a S4 so its constanlty grounded and runs all the time untill 95 deg C when it loses continuity, im looking for another S5 sendor in the mean time)

(note; i have my 12v constant coil feed on a switch so its not running when the car is off)

you can just measure the resistance between your pwr and your chasis (be very low if it is on).

Make sure you have the pwr enabled (small check box)

Make sure it isn't a diode protected relay, if so then you may have the 12V and PWM around the wrong way causing a dead short to the PWM through the diode. You can check with a multimeter which way if it is, but from memory 86 is 12V and 85 to PWM. Just a thought.
