O2 Voltage reading 1/5 of actual -- please help

Hello -- I'm posting this for a friend of mine who recently installed a haltech E6K ECU on his DSM. He's tried talking to the DSM folks running Haltech's but hasn't received any useful responses, if any at all -- so I'm hoping someone here might be able to help.

Anyway, he has the car running. The problem is that the software interface shows O2 voltages that are 1/5 of what the sensor is actually reading. In other words, if he uses a multimeter to measure the voltage at the O2 sensor leads, it will show 5 times the value shown by the haltech.

Has anyone here ever experienced anythign like this? Any ideas what might be wrong?

Thank you.

What kinda of O2 sensor?&nbsp 1-wire?&nbsp 3-wire?
Looks like a grounding problem to me...this is moot if you're running a 4-wire O2 sensor.

Yes, it's a 4-wire.
