no start but it cranks

I am running a haltech e8 on my 13b na s4 that is stock. I am running a s5 t2 base map( also tried using another s4 or s5 map because I can't figure out how to do anything else). The car is pushing 230-240 rpm everytime I crank. I wired the car myself. I used starting fluid a few times(I know it's bad), it shoots up to 250-260 rpm and it sounds like it's gonna start but then it just stops.

I tried timing it on all 4 timing marks(mazdatrix pulley) and I set the cas to tdc everytime.

any ideas?

anyone know anyone in my area that tunes haltech? The MA RI area.

I dunno if this is obvious to you, but the FC turbos run 550's, and your non-turbo runs 460's, so the cranking primer map is going to be off.
If I had to hazard a guess, it's that you're not getting enough fuel on cranking?
