No RPM signal when cranking

Just went to go for a first start up on my elite 1500 build... I tested for spark before attempting a start... Pulled the CAS, disabled injectors, and spun the gear manually while watching for spark, everything looked good. ECU shows a RPM signal when i spin it by hand. Set timing marks and stabbed CAS, went to crank and get no RPM signal... Ive noticed it has to be spinning much faster than it does at crank speed in order to catch a RPM signal. Im thinking bad CAS? Just want to get anyones input. I would assume a proper working CAS would show a signal just by moving the gear at all...

Its unfortunate but the Haltech doesn't have an inbuilt oscilloscope (there are add ons). But you should still see the pulse at any speeds.

They have a view here if that helps?

how do you upload a elite map file? It says invalid file type when you try to attach it...

You need to zip the file first.

How do you have the ECU wired? Is it a full wire in install or a patch loom? If it's a wire in install, did you use the yellow and green wires from the trigger and home cables to connect to the CAS? What ignition coils are you using?

-full wire in
-yes i double checked my CAS wiring with haltech...its is currently wired:
yellow Trigger (+) -----> red on CAS
Green Trigger (-) ------> white on CAS
Yellow home (+) -------> green on CAS
Green home (-) --------> white/black on CAS

-i am using AEM IGBT smart coils...

Since it's wired that way, the ground reference in the trigger setup page should be set to disabled.

I made the changes but it didn't change anything...No doubt the setting error would have bit me later on, so thank you so much for looking things over for me. You saved me another headache. Greatly Appreciated! I started lowering trigger voltage thresholds to see if it would start picking up a signal with no luck, then noticed something that made me want to smack myself.. I hadn't noticed it before but I am actually losing connection to the ecu while cranking... I obviously have the ecu wired to the wrong IGN 12v acc wire....annnnd look at me I'm an idiot! Im 99.9% sure it should be ready to go once i get things powered off the correct wire.

I got the power wire changed.... I had accidentally wired it in to the black wire with a white stripe instead of the black wire with a yellow stripe off the ignition...The ecu now has power while cranking.. I did have to lower the voltage threshold at cranking rpm's to .16 before i could get a reliable rpm signal...Now the issue is I have no fuel...Fuel Pressure is steady at 45lbs while cranking, so the pump is running, but the fuel injectors are not opening...diagnostics page shows inj duty cycles do not move from 0% while cranking....This has got to be something setting wise Im just unaware of... Im not very experienced with setting these up in the computer....these are my main fuel setup settings:

tuning method: Volumetric Efficiency
Auto V.E. Air temp Compensation is selected
Fuel Type: Petrol
Fuel Load Type: Map sensor
Fuel Pressure Input type: Map Reference
Base Fuel Pressure: 300kpa
Flood Clear Mode is not enabled

Inj System settings:

"Disable Injectors": not checked
"Enable per injector set-up": not checked
Number of Stages: 2
Injector Timing method: End of injection
Maximum Stage Duty Cycle: 88%
Minimum Stage Duty Cycle: 30%

Staging Setup:

1st Stage: ---# of inj outputs: 2 --Injection Mode: Sequential-----Inj Configuration: per cylinder
2nd Stage:----same as above

Option between ECU or REM: ECU

Fuel Tables:
Overall Correction: yes
Prime Pulse: yes
Cranking Fuel amount: yes
Zero Demand Fuel amount: no
Coolant Temp Correction: yes
Air temp Correction: yes
Map Correction: no
Barometric Pressure Correction: no
Post start Correction: yes
Fuel Comp Correction: no
Cylinder correction: no

Lambda Tables: neither are selected (Generic/ fuel comp correction)

Input greatly appreciated!

Ok after hours of searching through posts I'm learning...The last time i did anything with a standalone EMS was 15 years ago with a E6k, so there is just so much more to learn on these new systems... I didn't even realize there were error codes in the bottom right corner...opened the window to a wonderful display of information...one being that my MAP sensor was still calibrated for the internal MAP, not my external 3 bar, fixed that, the others being a engine position error, no home signal, and injection open circuit codes for all 4 injectors...I read that if you have a good trigger signal, but no home signal, you can see a rpm reading, get spark, but the injectors will not fire... I opened up the trigger home threshold map and lowered the voltage thresholds to match the trigger threshold map. Went to crank it and it fired right up, no more codes! feeling pretty good....Now i can get it to fire up, it runs for about 3 or 4 seconds then dies...AFR shows 9.0 so i think its just so rich its stalling out....going to play around and see if i can get it to idle..
