new platinum sport 1000?

is this new? has anyone tried it yet? it seems priced considerably lower, and with more than enough features for most of us.
im wondering if anyone has used it yet, im looking at getting one to run my bridgeport turbo FC, if anyone has used it, post up! lets hear what you think about it.

Did you even search? The sport units have been available since February, tons of post around here about them. Also go to the Haltech forum, plenty of info there too.

I have one on my FD and sell them. Similar to an E8 but with USB, better software and more tuning options, not to mention internal pressure sensor and CAN support for adding a dash or upcoming auxillaries.

I like it a lot better than my old e6k, the software is awesome, lets you see whole maps on one screen and is completely configurable

yep.. the new platinum is so much better from a tuning perspective. You can cut down the tuning time by half when using the correct map configuration.
