Need version 7 tuning software

I hate Haltech now and I'll never use another one of their ECUs again. I sent my ecu to them to be checked/repaired and they evidently upgraded the firmware. Wow, this is great since theyre now closed until the 9th and didn't bother to send me the tuning software needed to use the new software. Does anyone have the version 7 or higher software?

Wow, they provided customer service and upgraded your product along the way. That sucks!

Did you check the Haltech website for downloads?

The US office is open. I just spoke with them yesterday. Give them a call.

Are we talking about an E6K?
Or an E6X?

Why can't you use your old comm proggie?
It doesn't work?

Firmware upgrade just "unlock" new features that newer comm programs can adjust.
Otherwise, the older comm program should work?
At least on the E6K...?
