Need a good tuner...

Who is the best Haltech tuner in So Cal? (esp. San Diego area)

Not sure about being the "best" but they did a great job tuning our first Haltech turbo II. MechTech Motorsports in Escondido. ask for Jim. http://www.mechtech-ms.com/

If you don't mind me asking, how was the fee? How long did he take?

he charged us a flat fee of $500 and it was done in a couple of days. best to call and check to see what he is charging now. this was a couple years ago.
