what do I hook up the main trigger & home trigger to? what are they? I'm running 2nd gen CAS for 20b.

If you have to ask that question you're probably better off taking the car to a reputable shop or letting someone with more experience handle the installation and tuning. I will also recommend you read the manual, v1.89's manual was very informative, you should read it in its entirety twice.
