loading maps into secondary slot.... E8

This is really starting to get to me, someone will know in two seconds why i am too retarded to make it work

I have had a E8 for a while now and i want to load a secondary fuel and ignition map onto the ecu so i can play some.

But whenever i "load all maps" it just replaces my main map in "fuel map 1" and "ignition map 1"........... even if in the fuel and ignition setup i select maps 2 for each and then try to load a map it still replaces the primary #1 spots.

Its something simple, what do i do?

and there is no way to use e6x maps?, only the older k?

thanks zac

load the maps in halwin without it connected to the ecu, then go to the text view and copy everything over to excel. Check to make sure you got all the values, it likes to not get the last right column even if its selected, and you usually have to go back and copy those sepratley. It helps to unlock the axis so you can copy those too even if only for refrence.

Then connect to halwin, and copy these values from excel into the text maps for the secondairy maps you want to use.

They may be a simpler way but thats how I do it.
