K2RD haltech harness adapter? Anyone used it?

K2RD is selling a thing that lets you plug a haltech straight into your factory harness, which means a lot less work, which is a plus since I'm lazy. Also, my factory harness appears to be in pretty good shape. Anybody have any experience with this setup or any ideas/advice?

Factory sensors will read slightly off from the GM sensors.

Paul is a smart guy and the harness will likely work fine. only problem is the stock wiring is very easily damaged and unless the car has 5000 miles or less it has been exposed to some high temps. alot of the wiring is hard to see under alot of the intake and other engine parts. I would at least check every inch of wiring in the engine bay before using the adapter harness. you will likely find some interesting wiring.

I wouldn't use the old wiring or sensors. Especially with the age of these cars.
