Alright, I'm an idiot!!
I don't even know how in the hell it was running at all. I had the wrong wire hooked up on the fuel pump. I had the haltech wired into the tank gauge wire!!
Changed it over during lunch and it runs better than it ever has. Now to put all the **** back together and smooth out the tuning!
