Installed the haltech, now the car wont crank?

First off, if any of you are on some of the lists, Im sorry for how many times youre reading this. Im just trying to post it everywhere I can

I just wired up my Haltech into my 1989 Turbo 2. Aside from hooking up the ignition wrong ( I think...Im gonna have to recheck it to make sure ), everything is wired up fine for the Haltech. All the sensors show and the values will change. But, my real problem is that my car wont turn over. It doesnt even try to. No click from the starter or anything. The only thing that happens is that the tach will jump for a second and then return to zero. So my question is, is there any part of the main ECU harness that makes the engine turn over? I thought it was all just hard wired from battery to starter, but I could be wrong...
I really dont think its my starter either because I just replaced it a couple months ago. I guess I can pull it off and have it tested though...

Grrr...Sorry for being so random in this post. Im very frustrated right now and am not really able to keep my head straight for very long...So, once again, is there any part of the main harness that is required for the engine to turn over?

if you cut out the engine bay wiring then you likely cut the starter wiring. trace the small wire on the starter solenoid. it should go back to the ignition switch. oem wiring diagram can give wire colors to try and patch this back together. if all the stock wiring is intack then look for blown fuses and bad parts.
