Here is the way i see Thigns.
I want to be able to use the digital output from my AEM UEGO wide band A/f Ratio mater. Into the haltech (0-5v)
I Also want to use the haltech to control A/C Now the way I understand it is that I have to Connect the a/c to both the input and one output.
Now Concidering that I only have one available input.. that being the either the AEM or the A/C.
Is there another way to run both the A/C and the Airconditioning. I also want to keep my Narrow band O2 because of the closed loop function for highway cruise.

To Connect to the A/C
1) Solder the Green Aux Input wire to the Blue/Orange wire(s) on the connector at the front bumper (by the relays and such)
2) Solder one of the PWM output wires to the Blue/White wire on that same connector (just above the blue/orange ones)
3) Enable your Aux Input function in the Input/Outputs screen
4) Enable the chosen PWM feature, setup your RPM and Throttle postion to turn off the AC values, and set the Active Aux in to HIGH

So now the way I read to hook up my Digital From AEM UEGO SINGLE CHANNEL GUAGE
1) Connect White wire from AEM UEGO (0-5V) to Input on haltech harness (green wire)
2) Enable UEGO.

I also want to be able to hook up the narrow band o2 so that I can use it in closed loop mode for highway fuel conservation.

Now The AEM UEGO has the option to mimic a Serial output (0-1v) so that I can connect this to the O2 sensor input on the haltech and mimic a narrow band o2.

Now My questions are;
Is there a good way to setup the system so that I can log data with the most acuracy from the AEM UEGO to the Haltech (does it matter if it is 0-5V or 0-1V for accuracy?).
I want to be able to use the air conditioning control as a matter of oem drivability. The car is black and summers here can be somewhat brutal at times!

I would suggest using a pressure switch to control the AC on / off.
You can buy cheap pressure switches that'll trigger at almost any pressure (pick one above 1psi or close to your max boost.
Run this switch inline with the A/C power on line.
Now, you just need to run a vacuum hose to the intake to sense boost.
The switch is mechanical, so it's very reliable.
One less electronic headache to worry about.

But what I don't understand is how does this both interpret the a/c is on to be able to disengage and/engage the magnetic clutch?
