I'm switching from a Haltech E6K to an Elite 1500. As far as injectors go I currently have 550 primary and 1680 secondary. I remember when I installed the E6K the biggest primary's I could use was 550 due to idling. With the 1500 can I put bigger primary's and still maintain a decent idle?

i have id1000 primaries and they idle fine

 

I’ve done FIC 1600 high impedance primaries and they worked great.

 

Thanks guys. I'll probably go with a 850 possibly a 1000.

 

I run 1700 primaries with e85 on my 1500. No issues

 

ID 2200cc injectors as primaries on e85 and idle is fine...or as fine as you can make a semi port car.
