injector resistors..

I just got in my sprint re and i have my set of low impedance injectors and I'm going to solder in resistors until i can afford and injector driver or a new upgraded set of injectors.. But my question is, does it matter which wire the resistors are soldered into? or does it matter if it's the ecu side or the power side? Correct me if I'm wrong but I
would assume that 12v goes in one side and that the ecu signal would go - ecu> resistors> injector - right? Just want to be sure

the factory always puts it between the injector and ecu.

I just measured the current resistance, the injectors are the greddy 720 secondaries that measure 2.7 ohms on both injectors.. The primaries, which are off the same car (10th anniversary N333) they measure 12.3ohms.. It would seem that i only need 2 resistors atleast 6ohms@10watts correct? But my question is why are the primaries at 12 ohms.. Did the 10th anniversary not have low impedance injectors? I did not have the resistor pack on my car.. And i didn't think i had the half year ecu? Not trying to change the subject but it caught me off guard as I'm going to get the resistors..

edit - i just purchased 10 ohm@ 10 watt resistors 10% tolerance.. This would make all of them equal.. Since they did not have 6ohm resistors anylonger.. I'm about to solder them in when i get back home.. If i could get s quick confirmation that these are good i should get this running today... Thanks in advance!
