idle speed control motor will not operate

I was having problem with the Idle speed motor last year. After the car idled for while it all of a sudden start jumping from 1k to 2500 rpms. I disconnected it and it was fine. Today i went a got another one and its doing the same(it was fine on the car i got it off of).
On the last ISC motor it worked fine until I loaded a base map in that a tuner gave me.
I dont understand can someone help me with this?

Sounds like you have your percentages off in the setup portion related to idle speed control. There are two factors involved, one is for cold start/run and one is for hot start/run. Sounds like the hot start/run min position may be off.

Good luck,

Steven
