ID2000 fitment

Hello all. I hope I am posting in the correct area. I'm looking for some help on the fitment of these fuel injectors. I recently purchased some Injector Dynamics ID2000 for my secs. It's an 89 T2, I bought them from Real Street performance out of Florida. They came with lower injector cushions and have an o ring at the bottom as well. I can't get them to fit right. Without the cushion the o ring will not seal in the manifold, it's loose. With the cushion the fuel rail is approx 1/2 in away from bolting down to the manifold. Per the part number on the box they are the correct number. Am I missing something? I am also using an S4 T2 fuel rail. And they fit into the rail no problem. Thanks for your input in advance.
