I need a starting point

I have an 87' TII with 62-1, 1.15 hot side, street port, 550 primaries and 1600 cc secondaries, full 3" exhaust, FMIC, and Haltech E6K. I have done some tuning at light throttle, high vacuum and cruise with them running very well. But ranges around bar 9, 10, and 11 just before staging, the first bar into boost (12) and up to 5 psi has been a problem. I don't even know if I am close. With mods anywhere near mine, is there anybody that can clue me in as to where I should be. I know that there is a broad range of variables and this is not a substitute for tuning, but I need a starting point. Assume my other corrections and timing are not to out of line, and you have a simular set up.... what is your injector time just before and after staging, and at 10 psi. Just before staging, between 3000 and 7500 rpm, I am at 6.5ms and 2.7 ms after staging. I am not asking for a full map that somebody spent good money to get from a tuner, just guidance.

what are you tuning with? EGT,AFM,O2 sensor, wideband? what numbers are these gauges reading? what is the timing? what is the wastegate set to run? have you tried no staging? there are alot of variables and tuning over the internet is difficult but more information is needed to make any type of recomendations.

Right now it is a Haltech O2 sensor and Halmeter AF ratio meter so I know it is not accurate above and below a certian range. But even in the gross sense of the word, the gadge reads very lean in the ranges I spoke of above, however I suspect it is actually rich. Car falls flat on its face and gets bad gas milage and no detination. I am wanting to make sure which is why I ask what I did. Waste gate spring is 10lb HKS but I am not even getting close to that boost yet. I know it is running rich in boost above 4 to 5 lbs. because it runs very well there, so that is less of an issue. With all of the big guns running staging, especially street cars, I don't think I will venture elsewhere yet.

The question is to just get some idea if the injector times are grossly out of whack or I am lean and have other issues.

Do not run without staging with that stock ser5 intake.
