Haltech how to establish timing with 5 timing marks?

how to establish timing with 5 timing marks?
I have loaded a new map, I know I need to zero out the timing, but I have five timing marks. How do I establish which is which? I suspect the additional marks are based on the port job on the engine, but I do not know for sure. Thanks, Carl
