how do i set up the laptop??? Put haltach disc in, start the car, and go to haltech online??? did i do this right??

 

Copy the data onto your laptop first, from the disk. It is much better to run it off the hard drive. Make a folder somewhere on your hard drive and call it "Haltech". Then put the contents of the disk into there and then with the Haltech connected and the car in the "ON" position boot up E6K.EXE. It should now load up the software and ask you in you want to go online. Hit Y and see what happens.

Can this be applied to the F9 system also?
