Seems like it wiped out ecu not sure why , no prime with key on
, just had it tuned 3 weeks ago was running great, had a check engine light so I plugged in laptop, it said needed to update . Now nothing
im lost I’ll try to contact tuned on Monday, I hope the map is not gone.
I also hope the ecu is not fried , don’t know why it could be. Checked haltech fuses all good.
car still cranks as normal
I tried to load the map I used before tuning said file was corrupted and still won’t prime or start
When connected to ecu , it show no data not even batt volt
any ideas?

This is what it says I i try load any map, I checked fuses all good ,
I had a base map w some work from the haltech staff I drove around on before it was tuned , I can’t even load that to move the car

 

1. What haltech model?
2. What haltech software version?
3. Have you tried to uninstall and re-install latest software?
4. Do you have a backup of your map? (always make a backup before making changes)

 

I got it fixed , the tuner had used a new firmware , he got me all updated and reinstalled my map, he did it remotely also I now have it saved to my laptop
