Haltech Help me ID this harness...

Help me ID this harness...
I bought a E6K and they sent along this harness.
For the life of me I have NO idea what it is for. And the presense of the FCD throws me.
I think it might be a harness that lets you use a stock FD harness with your haltech. Just a guess....any ideas?

Well, I will be damned....why in the hell did i get that thing..
Seems like it would be worthless....
Since it would come with an FCON.
