Having issues with trailing coil 1 firing

Hey guys I'm having a problem with my 87 turbo 2 its only firing on 3 ports T1 has no spark. I changed the whole trailing coil assembly with a new one(used) but it has the same problem. I even got a new CAS from Atkins rotary and nothing. I'm running a haltech e6k and msd 6a. So I checked the ESM and the haltech wiring diagram and I checked the wires from the CAS to the ecu and the leading and trailing coil to the ecu and they have continuity. When I check the br/y wire it hast 2.4 volts with the engine off and key on. when I turn the crank by hand it doesn't change . Is it a setting in the ecu that I'm missing. I'm new to using the haltech software but I can navigate it pretty good. I have been playing with the software to get used to it but I haven't changed the map since I bought the car.

Smile finally figured it out

So I went into the Input/output page in the setup tab and I found that the Aux. out function was disabled. I set it to ignition toggle and my car finally fires out of both trailing coils.
