Haltech wiring ???

I just swapped a S4 TII into my S5 and plan on getting the Haltech E6x to run the car instead of swapping out all of the S5 wiring harnesses. I know I will have to remove the main harness but my question is what happens to the harnesses that run on the inside of the car like the ones I have pictured. I have searched the forum for info but didn't see anything that really mentioned what happens to these plugs.

I ran the S4 harness when I first bought the motor thinking it was plug and play but little did I know. The first pic shows the S4 harness plugged into the S4 ECU. The plug that I'm holding is one of the plugs that I'm asking about. What does this control on a S5 and will I need it?

The next pic shows two S5 connectors and three seperate connectors just above them comming off the S4 harness. The S5 main harness didn't even have the third (small white) connector. What happens to the two S5 connectors? Do they remain unplugged or do I have to splice into them.....assuming I'll need them.

Any Help is appreciated.....thanks

I'm almost done with my E6X install and just had a few questions. I have been on Hitman's site as well as others but did not see what I was looking for. Maybe I overlooked it.

1) My two questions apply to the injectors. I spliced the (4) injectors wires that are needed for the +12v switched signal together and was wondering what source ppl used as the switched signal. I was thinking about using the same signal for the stock coils...is this ok.

2)Where should I connect the remaining red/green wire that is part of the injector bundle?

3)I wired up the stock coils according to Hitman's site. Since he did not mention the solid blue wire, blue/yellow wire and black wire am I to assume they are not used?

Lead Coil Haltech Purpose

Tan - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Ignition Switched 12V+ve
Pink to Light Green - - - - - - - Ignition Trigger - Lead (IGN-OUT)

Trail Coils
Tan (Two Wires) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Ignition Switched 12V+ve
Pink to White / Black - - - - - - - - Ignition Trigger - Trail (AUXOUT-1)
White to Black / Green - - - - - - - -Toggle (BYPASS) Aux Output
Yellow - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Tacho for Series 4/5 RX-7
