I have been pulling my hair out on an issues ignition at crank with my Sport 1000 and saw this this mornining on the Haltech site. If you have a Sport/Sprint and are having issues at crank with a offset of 11 you may want to upgrade.

Ha... I had that problem too... Im running 65/10 for trigger and offset, started out trying to run 11 and couldnt make it work at all. Guess Ill update the firmware anyways. Thanks!

 

I'm actually running 10 tooth 65 trigger as well as 11 never has worked for me. I just tried it as I have been having major start problems and whoola presto first crank it starts.... So it works for those that have issue with 10 tooth as well... A month of headaches and I didn't even have the problem.

 

65/10 is what I've been using on the FC's with the factory CAS. Works well and lines right up.

Gotcha. Try 65/5 (per the old E6X) or 84/3 (per the E8)?
