haltech secondary injector problem

I am having simple problem and I'm assuming there is a simple solution and I'm just missing something in the software. I am running out of fuel at 6k rpm because my injector duty cycle is maxed. After looking in to it I realized that only my primary injectors are at 100% and my secondarys are 0% so I am assuming something isn't set up right.

It's set up for sequential injection with no staging. The firing order is rotor 1 (0 degrees) rotor 2 (180 degrees).

More engine info:
S5 n/a halfbridge
J-tech 4 barrel intake manifold
Fast ez-efi 4 barrel throttle body
4x 42lbs injectors
Haltech e8
Msd 6a direct fire
60 psi fuel pressure

Thanks in advance.

What firmware version are you running? Non-turbo engine?

Here's the easy answer to no secondary injection. You need to enable this check box. Your trigger settings look all wrong. The MSD should fire on a rising edge, not falling. And the trigger angle is not in the range one would expect to see it. The lock timing number is set at 18, which wouldn't correspond to anything you'd ever see on any pulley I've ever seen. It looks like you need to go back through the trigger settings and double check to make sure the timing is properly synched.

Thanks for the info. I had the timing locked at 18 while I played with it. It is lined up with tdc when it's 0'ed bit I will recheck my settings there. Does the ignition affect injectors at all?

So if I understand you right the secondary injectors only work when you enable the staged injection? I guess I misunderstood that when I read the manual.

Also forgot to answer 2 of your questions. It's the latest firmware for e8 I think it was 1.8 or something. Non turbo.
