haltech manual wrong?

i have an e6k version 1.0 manual and on page 125 it shows hookups for rotary direct fire ignitions.it shows:
DIGITAL OUT 1 - trailing spark FRONT rotor
DIGITAL OUT 2 - trailing spark REAR rotor
i used one of the rx7 to e6k wiring diagrams off someones site for help when installing it myself and IT shows:
digital out 2 FRONT ignitor
digital out 1 REAR ignitor
these are conflicting so can someone tell me if the manuals wrong or the diagrams wrong?does someone have a newer manual.thanks

for my E6K installation using second gen coils. I have the leading coil(pink wire) connected to ign out(L. grn) and trailing I have white wire(from coil pack) connected to auxillary out(grn/blk) and pink wire(from coil pack) connected to dig out 1(wht/blk). tan wire on both coil packs to 12vdc, black on trailing coil to ground on harness wiring and to body ground. yellow on trailing coil can be used for tach signal.

NOT to pile on, but...

I just finished my install yeaterday, and my T1 / T2 connections were backwards (as confirmed with a timing light.) This questions validates my concerns.

BTW, I pulled my (FD) ignitor connector, switched the pins (B and BR/B) and the timing gun confirmed the correction.

The answer?&nbsp It depends on how you set-up the ignition...

There are ways to actually get the firing order flipped backwards, as there are several ways to "zero out" your ignition system write-up's online.

By changing the tooth offset and trigger angle, you can get it to fire 180-degrees off.

Once you have verified the leadings are firing at the correct mark, gun the front trailing - this mark should be very close to the leading mark.&nbsp If you can't see it, try and gun the rear trailing to see if you can see the leading point - if you can, things are obviously backwards.
