Haltech Engine Configuration

Haltech Engine Configuration
Hi all,
I am setting up my first Haltech (Elite 2500 on NSP), and am trying my best to get familiar with the inner workings.
I'm sure I will have countless questions over the next bit, but a big one that stood out initially was the "Engine Configuration - Engine geometry" section. Its probably something simple I am not grasping, but why is TDC angle of rotor 2 set at 90* and not 180*?
Thanks,
Alex

Thanks! I do have some tuning experience but this is my first Haltech. Have been reading up on NSP for a year or so, have read every thread here, watched all the free tuning vids I can find, and am now considering spending some cash at HPA, Evans, or maybe EFI101.
The biggest problem I am facing currently is that I get hung up on little things that don't make sense to me. That image is actually a screen capture from a 13B basemap, I'm just super OCD and like to know how things work intrinsically before I feel comfortable adjusting anything.
Perhaps it is common knowledge, but I was assuming the greyed out value was active but non-adjustable.
I think in this case it must be an unused value, but in my opinion it should be completely blank or it should be the correct value greyed out. Seems a bit confusing for a newbie.
