Angry Haltech E8 and throttle body troubles...

Hey everyone I have a Mazda RX8 with a 13bre engine and the Haltech E8. First let me say that tuning the ecu is not specialty. I have had the car working so so(afr wise) with the stock RX7 FD mechanical throttle bodies(3). Now I have left the stock Rx8 ecu on the car to control things such as ac/gauges/etc. I switched out the mechanical unit for the stock dbw(70mm/very quick btw) and all goes to hell. I must add that I had to connect it to the tps wire from the actual tb(not the one that Haltech states in their diagram which is from the actual accelerator pedal) because when trying to start the car the 8's dbw doesn't open unless it passes about 65%, which would in turn severely flood the engine. Now my problem is that if I start it up with tps connected the car barely barely starts runs terribly rich-high to low 10afr at idle and eventually bogs out. I have the tps calibrated. Now if I disconnect the tps wire the car will start up and run similarly to when I had it with the mechanical tb's-only at idle though(I tried driving it around but again it'll run in the 10afr range-completely undriveable. So what the hell is going on??? Anyone have any clues, does anyone have any info on the throttle pumps settings-perhaps the sensitivity is screwing things up?

Datalog the issues. This will tell you if the throttle pump is being activated when it shouldn't be.
