Question Haltech blown fuel injector fuses?

I've blown 4 or 5 fuel injector fuses now, and as of yet have been unable to track down the cause of the problem. It happens under full boost/full throttle conditions. Any suggestions?

is this the 5amp fuse? it can be upgraded to a 7 or 10amp fuse. otherwise I would check all the wiring to see if something has come loose or has rubbed/burnt through.

i am having the same roblem on an rx3 right now. only does this under heavy load. shuts everything down. i am going to look into it soon wiht a friend and see what we come up with. i am sure its in the wiring because we rushed through the install. i took a quick glace at the wiring page just to see what fuse wires were b/c from my memory at the time the fuse blew the first time, the wire color was the same as what i remebered the injectors comon wire was. in the manual it said 13+ system or something....
ill post what i find, but it could be complete;y different on you car for all i know.....

just an update... my theory was correct as to what the problem was. the wiring of the injectors. there was a tiny piece of sharp solder from the injectors wiring that poked through the heatshrink that would bounce on takeoff and touch the plenum. problem solved after a quick rewire. now the car has cracked the front plate at the dowel due to running to much boost.

mine would do that occasionally, when i redid it for the e11 i got rid of the haltech fuse box totally, the car already has a relay and big power wires for injector power.
