fd trigger home problem

Waz up guys... having a problem wit my boys fd wondering if some of you has had this bfore.... its a sprint re ecu with ls1s coils, the car starts up fine on cold and hot temps... the problem is when the car revs up the tach signal goes crazy up to 10k and it breaks up.... triple checkd the harness chekd voltage its fine... sent 2 datalogs to haltech they told me to play with the trigger and home threshold I did .5v at a time just like he said and nothing changed..... any help or ideas would be awsome!
