fc3s tach help needed

Does anyone know how to setup the fc3s tach to work with the sprint re and ls1 coils?

Connect the tach output from the Haltech to the yellow/blue wire at the stock ECU connector. Set the pull-up to 12V, 50% duty, 4 pulses.
