FC BAC valve leaking at 0% duty with SprintRE

I'm trying my hand at using the BAC during cold startup. I hooked it up, left the Hz at 300, and set the duty cycle table to get the car to idle up a little when cold. Everything went great actually and I lowered the duty cycle gradually as it warmed up to stay around 1000rpm. But, at 0% duty the BAC inlet still has vaccum pulling on it. Is the BAC valve bad or is this normal operation?

Disconnect the connector and see if it still leaks. This will tell you if it's a mechanical problem with the BAC or if the ECU is still feeding it power, holding it open.

It leaks with nothing connected. I was just unsure if it always leaked a little by design or is just faulty, because it works fine otherwise.

So... its bad? Time to find another I guess.

FYI stock Hz is 244, but if 300 works for you, all the better

The TII BAC has the idle bleed screw built into it. Crank that screw closed and see if it's still leaking. I'm guessing that's where your air leak is coming from.
