I sent a PM to Aaron Cake who is one of the moderators of this section asking for some stickies. Since many of the same questions keep coming up over and over I thought it would be nice to have some stickies of threads that contain answers to these common questions.

Claudio was nice enough to put together a good setup thread and it slowly descended into oblivion. The great wiring schematic the chap from Australia put together is probably 5 pages deep by now. Would be nice if this stuff was right up top and easy to find without searching.

So, my thought is to have this thread as a means for some of us to post links to helpful threads. These links will then be condensed into a single post and stickied by Aaron as the Haltech FAQ. The same questions will still be asked but at least we can point to a single, easy to find source for those answers. Thoughts, input, links?

 

that would be an excellent idea. i just spent a week digging thru search after search, thread after thread, searching for lil gems of info amid a zillion posts that go nowhere.. posts that ended once the answer was found (but not revealed), posts full of opinions etc. a faq type of list of good posts with good info to common and stupid questions would have been excellent an saved me havin to add my own posts to the stupid category.
