You need to figure out which LSX series coil you have. The truck coils and LS2/6 variations trigger differently than the LT-1/LS-1. There is a thread on LS-X coils in the Haltech forum that I started that should help.

Claudio would you happen to have the LS-1 coil settings you used on the 13B Miata?

Dwell depending on if your direct fire should be around 5-6 MS and 3 MS in batch?

For that 13B powered Miata i used about 5.5 mS and have no problems. Constant Charge and Falling Edge is the norm.

Also, depending on power level, fuel used and spark plugs used, you can actually lower the charge time some what. Realistically the stock 2nd Gen coils are pretty stout for 300-450hp applications, if they are in good condition.
