E6X just crapped out on me.... i think

Ok so here is what's going on. usually I don't deal with the older haltech's Maybe the odd E8 or E11. but generally I can handle any issues I run across.
that said, today my E6X simply refused to run. Last night however things were running fine. Easy to start, running strong ect ect. So i walk into the garage this morning and the batt is dead. Ok, it was cold last night no big deal. i change the batt and turn the key. Nothing!!! Fuel pump isn't priming, but the relay main relay is clicking. So i hook up the laptop to see whats up... No connection. so now it's 11:00 at night and i've been at this all day. Frankly I'm frustrated. Any ideas??

Fuses fuses are good. Relay's also check out. Still no connectivity with the ecu VIA the laptop. Any way to see if the ecu is powering up other than checking the signal wire . Which is also good.

Negative on the fuel pump priming. The engine spins over so I'm thinking its not the ignition switch. And like I said i checked the relay and its switching on when the key is turned.
