E6S-8 any good???

I was wondering if a E6S-8 would be a good purchase...or should i hold out for E6K or E11...I can get the E6S for cheap(comes with a new harness and sensors)

I don't recall exactly but I don't think the E6S has very good reluctor pickups. You might need to run an MSD interface box to handle the CAS. Factor that into the price. Read http://bdc.cyberosity.com there are some great setup tips in there one or two of which deal with the E6S I think. Also read the hitmans site http://www.hitman.hm . What generation RX-7 do you have? And how cheap is cheap? I wouldn't do it, but I'm a gearhead and have to have the latest stuff so don't take my word on that. The E6K/X have a few more features too and are in general significantly better so unless cheap is like <$150-200 I probably wouldn't bother. But that's one man's version (and an often incorrect version) of the world.
