Haltech E6K with MSD Question

E6K with MSD Question
I need some clarification on this. I am nearing the end of my project and I have 3 MSD 6AL's, a Haltech E6K, and TII ignition coils.
Here is the pic, this forum won't let me embed the pictures in the post.
I was told to bypass the TII ignitors altogether, that with 3MSD's they aren't used.
Can anyone with experience on this clarify for me?
How are the coils wired?
Thanx

I was told that my rx7 coils can't work with the msd box. They told me to get Coils from haltech which is a GM coil and bosch igniters. But that was with the sport compack box i don't know if it is the same as the 6al's.

This might help
IGNITION OUTPUTS
When using three sets of 2nd Gen Lead coils
IGNOUT - Rotor 1
DIGOUT 1 - Rotor 2
DIGOUT 2 - Rotor 3
COILS
TAN (Beige colour) - * 12V+ ignition switched
PINK - Haltech ignition output as above
Note : Use the cars original 12V+ source, not the Haltech

Couple things...
Since your application is pretty extreme, why don't you run some aftermarket MSD coils?  Blaster SS coils are like $40 from Summit Racing.
Second, I do not recommend running the MSD's like that.  The heat will travel into the heat sink and then radiate upwards, back into the circuitry.  Not the best way to mount them unless you can guarantee lots of cool air flow or very short run time (i.e. drag racing only?).
