e6a "chopper wheel"

i am trying to install an e6a on my 87t2. i've heard that it is better to fabricate a "chopper wheel" then to use the CAS w/Reluct adapter.
my question is how to make a chopper wheel? and is this the best thing do to? what have other people done?
thanks
justin

We managed to get it working with the stock CAS, but it required a pair of MSD 8509's.

You need at least two channels of control.&nbsp I believe the RA1 only does one channel, so that would require at least two of them.
