e6k help!

got my haltech e6k up and running.. but cant rev that high... pings like a bi*ch.. i can move the distibutor and nothing changes... i need help

Why are you running a distributor???
Who did the tuning???

sorry i used the wrong word.. its using the 4 coils... im talkign about the electronic distributor that senses the crank settings..
