I can't find any simple way to do this, but here's what I'm looking for: this is a purpose built racecar, and I do not want the fan coming on basically ever if I am on the racetrack. It's been outlined to me a few times that a fan, when traveling at speed, generally impedes airflow.

I'd like my fan to come on at say X*F but ONLY if wheelspeed or rpm is >Y - has anyone done something like that before?

I think you need a bigger radiator. No fan you need on speed over 20mph.

You could use 2 pwm or aux outputs if you want this feature tough.
The one runs 12v relay that supplies 12V to TH switch relay. Set first at RPM or road speed. Set second at temperature.

If you look at the PWM/Auxiliary Outputs page on v1.71 software, there is a Road Speed Switch, which basically just activates after a certain speed is reached, what you could do is like funklove said, connect 2 relays and 2 PWMs, one set to temp switch and the other to speed switch, and connect the relays in a manner that basically sends the power to the fan only when both relays are activated, so even though speed might be reached the temp might not, or the temp might be reached but the speed might not.

Sound like a plan?

I just thought of something else, you should also do an Override switch, just in case you do reach undesirable water temps. even at speed, AND, also consider the following, at slow speeds, ie. when you are behind someone trying to pass, or have not reached max speed, you could have the fan ON to keep temps down, and then, when you reach high enough speeds have the fan turn OFF. How does that grab ya?
