Haltech E11 Aux Rev limit hookup

E11 Aux Rev limit hookup
I've tried looking and I can't seem to find anything definitive.
I know that on the E6K you just have to connect the A/D wire and the +5V wire to a switch and then turn it on in the software.
I tried that with the E11 and I've had no luck getting it to work. Is there something different involved?
Any help is appreciated.
