cas wires were cut

My CAS wires have been cut, is there a proper way I can connect the wires together?

ok, what should I do about the shielding? Sometimes the car will start bucking and tach needle starts twitching under normal driving comditions, so i figured that this may be the problem.

i would check the cas wires inside the CAS it self, with age the plastic cover cracks and exposes the copper wires and this might be a source of noise pickup or cross triggering. This also happens to the wiring harness wires a lot too, due to the heat over the years.
