Haltech CAS has no spark when grounding on block

CAS has no spark when grounding on block
Its weird, when the CAS is outh of the front casing and is spun it sparks+injectors, but when touching the front casing it doesnt. has good grounds (3 going to irons from harnes, 2 on block to body, and two under dash near unit) e6k with stock coils
