Can Haltech run with 4-rotor engine?

We want to buy 26b in NZ. But have no expirience with this engine. The plan is: two turbos on each 2 sections, 2 IC, 2 lambdas, one wastegate, 2 MAPs and 2 ECU's One CAS. E11 support only 3-rotor. I need your advice: 2 ECU's or one?

Depends on how you're trying to fire the 4 rotor...
Is it a 90-90-90-90 engine?
Are you going to run split trailing on all 4 rotors?

9.0:1 in all sections
I think it is simular 13B
The idea is tune it like two 13B. Split trailing on all 4 rotors.

I am not sure about this, but dont all 4 rotors come with 3 spark plugs per housing? If you are this serious about runing a 4 rotor, i would probably contact someone who has done them, and what they recommend for the engine management system. I know im going to get heat for saying this, but i would contact Motec for advise on this one.

Scoot uses twin power FC's but they are moving to twin HKS Fcon's for more useability and adjustment.. not my choice of control systems but the 'dual ECU' setup is what I like..

You think there would be a signal loss for the single CAS trigger wire if you split it up to feed 2 ECUs?

Isnt the Fcon a glorified piggyback still? or is it a full PnP stand alone? The HITman used to have an E6K combined with an IG5 a while back in his NOT20B car (the 3 rotor with 13B parts) and he had great results, but then of course switched to the E11. But still, i think a 4 rotor requires a few more outputs than even an E11 can provide, it has 6 fuel channels and 6 ignition channels, but i believe you will need 8 of each.

Does anybody here know how the Le Mans 787B and 792P read engine position and fire their injectors and coils? those engine have 3 spark plugs per rotor. I would love to have a close look at their electronics. I was at SevenStock8 this past october, but they didnt let us peep inside the engine bay. Hmm, guess i should've asked Jim Downing about that. rats....

A single Motec M800 or M880 will do the job
