Bosch 3-wire O2 Sensor to 6X

Hi people.

My 6X install went pretty well. Car fired up and idled after some tweaking.
The only strange issue I have is that my O2 sensor reading is stuck at 4mv.

The sensor has one black wire and 2 white ones.
Black is the sensor lead, which is hooked up to the shielded haltech sensor wire.
The 2 white ones are the power and ground for the heater. They should be interchangeable. One goes to black haltech ground, the other goes to grey/red haltech +12V.

Sensor type is 'standard'. Voltage is '0-1V'

Is this correct?
If so, what up?!?!?!

Could your wiring info be wrong? its possible that the sensor might be bad too, is it new? did you set the Haltech O2 sensor voltage to 1v or 5v?

The sensor is brand new.
I'll check my wiring on Monday, when I'm at my car again.
Yes, the voltage is set to 0-1V
