another "wont start" deal :(
wired everything up, checked out the data screen and all is reading. when i first turned the key over after the fuel pump primed it fired up almost the second i touched it, but then died. won't start back up.
i noticed while cranking i'm not seeing any MS show up on the data screen? so i'm guessing no fuel? i checked the 10amp fuse for the haltech and it was blown. put another in there and still nothing, but the fuse is still good. i just put new plugs in it as well and they're still so fresh and clean
This is using the F10X, ignition is untouched from the carb setup i had on there a few days ago. i am definitely getting strong spark and timing hasn't been moved.
tps has been set
here is the Claudio map i am using: "S4/S5 with 550/1600, external 3bar map sensor, and stock ignition, with some mods" (yes i have a 3bar)
p.s. when i say i'm using that map, i didn't actually copy and paste the text map. i loaded from file and it gives me just the fuel portion... or does it?

ok, i ended up having to just start with the default F10x map and build my own. it really wants alot of fuel on startup. my priming map is insane BUT it's now cranking up the second i turn the key.
NOW my issue is that it won't stay running. i've messed with the post start enrichment map but it's having no effect. it just cranks up idles high for about 2 seconds then just completely dies like it's got absolutely no fuel. so weird! hahaha

LOL it's all good man, sometimes it's good to learn the hard way
either way it now cranks up and stays running... i just had to add a lot of fuel and change out my 3bar map sensor. the first one i was using was reading 18" of vaccum when the car was off! hahahahaha. i'm good now tho.
from here it's just little by little. damn bridgeports
