AD1 issue with E8

So I finally got around to putting the wide band input on AD1. It worked... for the first 30sec of the first data log than it flat-lined....all I get is 20afr (5v). I get 20 on the display as well as 20 on both the on-board logging and the laptop logging. have verffied that the pin is getting a signal from the O2 controller, I tried reloading the firmware as well and nothing. I even changed the crimp-on just for good measure.

So any ideas of what the problem may be or where I should start looking.

Ryan

It was suggested on the Haltech forum that move the input from 13 to 12 to see if the ecu would actually see something. That doesn't make sense to me, I though the standard O2 inputs on the E8/E11 were only set up for 0-1v.

You can set the O2 input as 0-1 or 0-5v.

So than the E8 really has five inputs since the standard O2 input can be used as the wideband input.... is that correct?

It has the O2 input and the other programmable A/D inputs, yes. This is why I always try to use the O2 input for what it is for. Why use up a programmable input if you don't need to?
