What OEM Mazda parts are you looking for/do you need?
Ray Crowe has entered the building......well, kind of
I'm going to be helping Ray out on his new Vendor account he just created.
For his upcoming 'Smokin' Hot Days of Summer--Rotary Edition' sale, what requests does everyone have for parts? We're looking for ideas from you guys
Also, one thing Ray requested----- please please please communicate with him via email at HMKparts@aol.com,especially with long lists of parts. That's the only way he'll be able to satisfy the demand, if everyone calls his number he'll be very tough to get ahold of.
So, bring it on

you should hit up the 2nd gen forums too, i know they are way more broke over there but some guys do throw down on decent OEM parts. I have probably a grand worth of stuff from Ray and I own a 2nd gen turbo. I bet you could get a bunch of people trying to get a brand new 2nd gen TPS. The TPS always fails.
As for the FD,
specials on all the broken interior parts would be nice, like the center console. A power window switch deal would be nice. Maybe specials on OEM engine internal seals like OEM apex, side, and corner seal/spring combos?

FWIW, the packaged "sets" seem like a good idea IMO. IIRC Ray has done some in the past. The buyer benifits from a little break in price, he's less likely to overlook something and saves a little on shipping too.
*Coolant hose sets
*Clutch "kit" packages as KaiFD3S suggested...throw-out bearing, dust seal, pilot bearing, clutch fork and rear transmission seal
*Pillow-ball bushing sets?
*Ignition "kits" could be made up...coil harness with a set of wires and plugs?
*Alot of owners like to stay with OEM filters...maybe a package deal for 3 to 5 oil filters at a time?
*How about external gasket sets...UIM to LIM, TB to UIM, Elbow to TB 'O' ring,

Does he offer a complete rebuild kit for the FD3S with all needed apex seals, water gaskets?
I will order such a kit in the near future and i really would be happy if someone offers a complete kit and i dont have to get headache if i forgot something for a complete rebuild.
Thx
PS:
Ray is cool, i ordered via phone ( with my stumbling english ^^ ) from him and after he asked me how i got the contact with him ( and i told him because of this forum ). Then he told me that i will get a better price over this forum. 1+ for ray and malloy!!

Hmm... I'm thinking the fuses in the engine bay would be GREAT! I'm currently 8 time zones away from my FD so I can't go out to look at exactly which size/color the ones I'm talking about are..
I just remember what a PITA it was to source new ones when my A/C Fan relay took a crap on me the other summer. I, for one, would def buy up extra's if I knew they were easily available, and running at a decent price. Same goes for the sequential turbo control solenoids..
Otherwise, I'd have to agree on interior plastics, 93 and 94+
