it will happen. imjust swamped with school and work, and the sleepy kit takes the rest of my free time. as much as i want to see the sleek kit done, since it is my design (as opposed to duplicating the sleepy kit (No offense to david, its just different seeing something you have done from scratch)), but i need the financial resources from it to finish the sleek kit.

Ok guys, i wanted to update everyone. I am still working diligently, unfortunately it has been on a few other things. I'm building a shop in my basement this way I can work whenever I want. I was limited to when it was warm out, because of the composites. I will also have an array of tools to speed up and make the process more accurate.

On a side note, the primary delay as of late is my wife is with child. We have had a number of issues having children so we are taking extra care and time, so most of my free time is wrapped up with this.

Long story short, once I have my shop finished, I should be able to make some head way.

well that was allot of reading! how you getting on with these, i am eager to see what you have produced, you can definitely see why other kits are worth the money because of R&D, i assume your price wont take that into consideration.

Dan, I was able to get the permissions changed for this Product Development section so you'll be able to keep this thread going over there.

I'm all about innovation and sharing with the community, just continue to keep pricing/GB list etc out of the thread until you start the actual GB

Best of Luck!

also, as excited as i am to finally release the sleepy kit, the sleek kit is my baby and i have done this from start to (eventually) finish. Not trying to take anything away from the sleepy kit, but i think the sleek kit is a much taller order. (im completely removing the stock components, and have to design new components into an existing structure.)
